Hercules eCAFE EC-1000W coming to America

Computer peripheral maker Hercules was pumping unspectacular netbooks for a little while, but as far as I know she never available in the U.S.. Laptop Magazine had a first look at new model of business this weekend, and KT Bradford tells me that it isĀ Hercules eCAFE EC-1000W release planned in the U.S. at any given time will be.

The notebook comes with a 10-inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display and 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU. It runs Windows 7 Starter Edition and has 802.11b/g/n 1B RAM, 250GB hard drive and WiFi. In other words, there is very little on the data sheet to this notebook apart from the crowd.

Design-wise, it’s a pretty attractive mini-laptop with a chiclet keyboard, a decent sized touchpad and a beautiful color.
