New educational MacBook prices dip below $800 mark

Some educational discounts on the MacBook are well over $ 899, observers note. Apple has recently left the standard educational price of $ 50, on a previous price below the $ 999 retail cost. At least one school-specific storefront, however Apple has lowered the cost to $ 728th Shipping is free.

The impetus for the price reductions remains unclear, but is probably a way to have around for Christmas. Apple sells most of its education customers in the run-up to September, when many schools begin classes. The company standard “Back to School” promotion offers money for an iPod when you buy a new Mac.
