MSI details Pine Trail-equipped Wind netbooks

MSI today announced early details of its first wind netbooks Pine Trail runs on Intel’s platform. The U130 and U135 both update the 1.66 GHz Atom and should be about 15 percent more battery life than previous wind’s will. You also get a snack with aesthetic details such as a new trackpad.
Differences between the two are relatively small and depend on storage and networking. Both have 10-inch display and the same processor, but the U130 is similar to most netbooks with a 160 GB hard drive and options of black or white colors, the U135 upgrades to 250 GB drive and the desired colors like blue, red and silver. Certain models should also mobile broadband.
MSI should these models will go on sale in January, probably dating from the 4th. Advanced U140 and U160 models are also under way but did not believe was confirmed.
