Haleron introduces Mio Smartbook

It looks like a dirt-cheap Haleron has Smartbook, its line of mini-laptops.

The Mio Smartbook is a low-power devices with a 7-inch screen. It sells for $ 189, if it looks like the 3 or more units which have the appearance of the value can be determined for resellers.

laptop 17″ i7

The device features a 266 MHz ARM processor from VIA, and supports 128 MB to 256 MB of memory. It has 1 GB of flash memory and supports up to 4 GB. There is also an SD card slot and 3 USB ports for adding additional memory or peripherals.

If these details sound pretty week, because the device actually has the courage of a smartphone’s. It is only a laptop can be formed. The Mio Smartbook with Windows CE 6.0 and is up to 6 hours of battery life. It has 802.11b/g WiFi, Ethernet, and an optional 3G USB modem. I see no dimensions, but it weighs about 1.5 pounds. SmartBook ‘s in red, pink, silver, green and black.

The product page makes it as the laptop could also work with Windows XP, Linux or Android, sound, but that’s simply not true. While Linux and Google Android operating system could be viable for this device, Microsoft Windows XP, ARM-based processors. With a glaring error as the official on the website is all I can say, at your own risk.
