Acer Aspire AS5738PG Multi-Touch Screen Notebook PC

Acer launches its first touch-screen notebook with Windows 7 Home Premium with the Acer Aspire AS5738PG notebook PC. The AS5738PG owners can now have the touch screen as an alternative form of the interface for various purposes such as playing movies, navigating through Web sites and launch installed applications.

Among the most striking features of the Acer notebooks include a 15.6 “HD CineCrystal backlit multi-touch screen display, an Intel Core Duo Processor T6600, 4 GB of DDR memory, 320 GB SATA HD, 8X DVD-Multi Double Layer drive, integrated LED stereo sound speakers with Dolby surround sound and an optimized Acer Crystal Eye webcam (640 480). The Acer Aspire Notebook PC AS5738PG already started on October 22 at local retailers.

A few days ago, the Acer Aspire Timeline 1820P, led a 11.6 inches laptops that have nearly identical to the Acer Aspire 1410, I reviewed recently, except that 1820P has a higher capacity battery and a touchscreen display, which is directly folded down on the keyboard can be used for use in tablet mode.
