Sharp intros NetWalker touchscreen mini-netbook at Ceatec

If you are one of the many iPhone fans, the tactile longing for a full keyboard then, go along with your touch screen devices, are the new Netwalker PC-Z1 from Sharp is displayed at CEATEC this week in Japan, can the mighty compromise solution, have you ever wanted.

The small device is intended for the space somewhere between a smartphone and a netbook with a quick start function (three seconds) and easy to navigate to occupy 5-inch touch-screen interface.

In addition to the send to surf the Internet, e-mail, and create documents that Netwalker also designed to work as an electronic dictionary and e-book reader. Running on the Ubuntu operating system, the device also has an optical pointer, a USB port, WiFi, 4 gigabytes of memory, a microSD memory card slot and has a battery life of 10 hours. Approx. Priced $ 500, the unit is planned for Japan release in late October.

Acer recalls some Aspire laptops

Have you recently purchased an Acer Aspire laptop? If so, you may be interested to know that Acer has issued a recall for certain models. Some laptops come with a microphone cable on the left side under the palm rest, the overheating can be exercised with extreme pressure.

The models in question are the Aspire models:

  • AS3410
  • AS3810T
  • AS3810TG
  • AS3810TZ
  • AS3810TZG
