The Sony Vaio S-Mini Laptop with Intel Atom processors with clock speeds available ranging from 1.33 to 1.86 GHz. But as th in pretty much any Intel Atom CPU, Ind. echips in the Vaio P is overclocking. And EeeUser forum member Cerano says he managed to run its Vaio P with a 1.86GHz Intel Atom Z540 processor overclock to 2.4 GHz.
He says that the temperature was 49 to 60 degrees Celsius without any changes. He is thinking about picking up a laptop cooler and shooting for 2.5GHz next.
