Sony VAIO W Series Netbook Unveiled

Sony today launched the VAIO W Series 10.1-inch Netbook.
Together with a 1366 x 768 LED-backlit display, the Sony VAIO W features the Intel Atom N270 1.6 GHz CPU, 1 GB of RAM, a 160 GB hard drive with Windows XP preinstalled and a 3 – or 6-cell battery.
The Netbook sports a built-in Web camera and microphone, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth, LAN and Ethernet and two USB ports, a Memory Stick / SD card reader and a VGA output.
The VAIO W comes in three colors – Berry pink, white sugar and cocoa brown.
It is used in Sony Style retail stores and other retailers from next month.
