Sony Vaio P “Mark 2″ to come this fall

The Sony Vaio P is an interesting animal. It has the basic courage a Netbook, but it is smaller, lighter and has a better quality than most built Netbook. It also has a slow CPU Intel Atom Z520 Z530 and a ridiculously wide-screen aspect ratio of 1600 x 768 pixels, which is about 21:10. Oh yes, and it also costs about twice as much as most of the Netbook.

But for some reason still buy. While Sony tech radar tells us that the sales were not “through the ceiling”, the company is already planning its next generation Vaio P, which indicates that the company is at least somewhat satisfied with the unit sales in niche markets.

What will the new Sony Vaio Mark 2? Reported to be the new model will be a fast start, and well … this is everything we now know. Tech Radar reports the new model in October, which is also at Microsoft is expected to Windows 7 to the public.
