Bandai launches its second Netbook is based on a cartoon character. And it looks almost exactly like the first Netbook, but with a different color scheme and desktop theme. So I will go to a part and assume that Bandai’s Rilakkuma Netbook Kohjinsha is how the company Gachapin & Mukku Netbook.

The laptop has a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, 8.9-inch 1024 x 600 pixel display, 802.11b g Wi-Fi, 1 GB of RAM and a 160 GB hard drive. It also has a digital 1Seg TV tuner.
