The ECO-U110′s claim to fame is that it is approximately 9 hours battery life from a 6 cells abttery. He achieves this by using the low-power 1.6 GHz Intel Atom Z530 CPU and other power management functions. The Netbook is also equipped with a 3 cell battery, but I would not expect 9 hours of battery life from this model. 4 hours seems a bit more realistic. The Netbook will be a 10-inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, 1GB of RAM, a 160 GB hard drive, 3 USB ports, a 4-in-1 card reader, a 1.3MP or 2MP webcam, and 802.11b g or 802.11b gn graphics and optional Bluetooth.
One thing that I had not realized is that MSI throws in an ATI Mobility Radeon HD3200 graphics card, the better graphics performance than the integrated Intel GMA 950 graphics on the nuclear-powered Netbook.
