ASUS experimenting with Android-based netbook

We are pleased to have heard that at least ASUS considering with Android on its Eee PC Netbook seen and wrangled a unofficially (see above), but the ASUS Samson Hu has now a few details that show how serious the Company is about the XP Linux alternative.
Apparently, ASUS already has a team of engineers on the Android-based Netbook that Hu could be saying until the end of the year, although the company is not obliged to actually release a product until he sees how things pan out.
No further word on the other ASUS Android experiments, unfortunately, but it seems safe to bet that ASUS is still paid more attention to that, at least if his latest timeline is any indication.
