Acer Ferrari 1200 With AMD Turion Ultra

Acer today expanded its portable laptops with the new Ferrari 1200 with the latest AMD Turion X2 Ultra processor. The laptop has a LED display with backlight, 4 GB of DDR2 memory, a webcam, Bluetooth and VoIP for Internet telephony. No info on pricing at this time. Acer, the Acer Ferrari 1200 in Britain, then in the U.S. and the rest of the world in the near future.

New Panasonic Let’s Note Laptop Series

Panasonic has decided to upgrade its Let’s Note laptop series with 2 GB of RAM (4 GB MAX), Intel vPro technology and larger hard drives. The new notebook PC will be in Japan at the end of February 2009. Unfortunately, there is no information on pricing at this time.

One Laptop Per Child dual touchscreen caught in the wild?

The ‘One Laptop per Child project is in the need for inclusion in the arm, and maybe, just maybe, this is the device that can do it. What is obvious is the first in the Wild shot a dual touchscreen One Laptop Per Child 2.0.

In other words, the next generation of the OLPC will sport a dual-screen, but look at the picture you have to say it’s probably a mock-up, as the touch screen seems to be stuck on the picture and not real.

Given that a dual-screen laptop would logically be in the right direction for the One Laptop Per Child program.

Essell Steve hates the new two-tone Apple design – the aluminum iMac and black, black, white and shiny metal iPhone and especially the white on brushed aluminum keyboards.

What has he done? He grabbed a can of white paint and sprayed the rear of the Apple keyboard, finishing with the minimalist artifact seen above. Spectacular. Until the color begins to wear out, that is. And yes, Essell Anfassen kind, thank God.

Survey says Acer Aspire One is top of netbooksAfter the first report of the Consumer Behavior PriceGrabber.com year a report that focuses on solid-state drives and Netbook trends and forecasts on the data collected from a survey, and sales in the first week in January is that netbooks are most popular for innovation and price.

PriceGrabber.com reviewed the 25 laptops, and it turns out, 48 percent are netbooks with the Acer Aspire One, the top slot.

Other species included in the list, where the Samsung MC10, the HP Mini 1000, the Lenovo S10, but just another Eee PC from the list, and this was the Eee PC 900HA and practically near the bottom of the list.
